Independent Reserve API Import

Instructions:

1. Log in to your Independent Reserve account and navigate to the API page (https://portal.independentreserve.com/settings/api-keys)
2. Create a new key by clicking on the generate button and do not check "allow this api to withdraw"
3. Enter the Key and Secret here

Average import duration: 1-2 minutes
