Buy/Input at: The exchange you have bought your asset (A number in brackets means that the purchase was made up of several exchanges at the same time)
Sell/Output at: The exchange you have sold your asset
Proceeds: The sell value of this asset in your account currency
Cost Basis: The purchase value of this asset in your account currency
Gain/Loss: The difference between the sell and purchase value
