Click on the New button, to create a new trade and enter your trade data.
For example, if you have bought 2 BTC for 200 euros, type in:
Buy Value: 2
Buy Currency: BTC
Sell Value: 200
Sell Currency: EUR
and the date of your trade
Select a trade and click on Edit to change your trade.
You can also edit your trades directly in the table with a single click in the respective cell.
Hit Enter or click the Update Button to save your changes. Press ESC or click outside the field to discard your changes.
Selecting a trade and clicking on Delete, will remove this trade.
You can select multiple rows at once (even across multiple pages) using SHIFT + CLICK or CTRL + CLICK.
You can comment every single trade with a note. Both fields, Comment and Group (available in Extended mode) are optional and only for your convenience.
In Extended mode you can also track your trading fees.
All data is searchable and sortable. You can find a detailed trade table under Reporting -> Trade List

Regular Search (Exact match): "My trade" will find "my trades", but not"my first trade"
Smart Search: "My trade" will find "my trades" and "my first trade"
RegEx Search:
Use regular expressions for the search. Examples: wit|dep in "Type" will show all deposits and withdrawals, but no trades. \w{4} in "Cur." will show all Coins with 4 letters. \b(0*(?:[1-9][0-9]?|100))\b will show all Values smaler or equal 100. ^(?!kraken) in "Exchange" will show all trades, except Kraken trades.
If you want to show the results for a coin of AE but not AETH please use RegEx enabled with CSP mode and add ^AE$ into the currency search field.
If you want to show more than one exchange name then enable RegEx Search in CSP mode and use the pipe | for separation of the exchange name in the exchange field e.g.: Kraken|Binance RegEx Search is not available in SSP mode!
Column Sorting:
Click on the column name to sort this column ascending. Click again to sort descending.
Shift-Click another column to sort multiple columns.
Multi Select:
You can select multiple rows at once (even across multiple pages) using SHIFT + CLICK or CTRL + CLICK. Multiple page select is not available in SSP mode!
Multi Delete:
You can delete up to 5000 transactions at once. To do so, select the transactions you want to delete and click the 'Delete' button. To delete more than 5000 transactions (or to delete specific exchanges) select the 'Bulk Edit/Delete' function.
