1. [+][-] Upload the CSV file(s) for Funding account history
   1. Login into Okcoin and navigate to Assets -> Account History -> Funding account
   2. Select Download -> Customize period -> unclick “Hide internal transfers” -> Create report
   3. Download the CSV file and upload it here
