HitBTC Import

Instructions:
- Log in to your HitBTC.com account
- Navigate to Reports -> Wallet -> Transaction history, to download your deposit and withdrawal history (https://hitbtc.com/reports/wallet-transactions)
- Select your date range, Market and Side
- Click on Export as .csv button
- Upload your CSV file here
