Old import instruction:

1. Open at cryptsy.com the menupoint Tools -> Reports (https://www.cryptsy.com/user_reports)
2. Create a trade report. It can take a few minutes, till the report is generated
3. Download the .zip file and extract it on your system
4. Upload the rpt-trades-xxx.csv file here
